Make yourself at home. Redhouse College of Animation is the new home of Animation. Our comprehensive animation programs are designed to prepare students for positions in the animation industry.
Our instructors are industry professionals who have worked on feature films, direct to video, television,computer games, commercials, print and digital media. In addition to being skilled artists, they have over twenty years of combined teaching experience.
It doesn't matter whether animation is hand drawn, computer animated, Flash or Stop Motion, it all requires an understanding of traditional animation techniques. Major studios such as Pixar, Dreamworks SKG and Disney prefer computer animation applicants, trained in traditional animation skills. Our program teaches the expressive nature of those skills.
Our three year program begins with basic animation principles, and culminates in the third year with students writing, directing and animating their own short film.
We have past students employed in the animation industry, across the country.
